Terms of Wholesale: All items over $20.00 have no minimum purchase and can be dropshipped to your customer for a fee of $3.00 per order, (regular shipping rates apply and must include insurance)
To sign up for Dropship service, you must call Customer Service - 321-501-1158. You must file a valid Credit Card with us for dropship service. Dropship service charge is $20.00 per year and must be paid before you place any orders to be dropshipped.
*Items under $20.00, we reserve the right to set a 3-6 piece minimum for wholesale orders.
Wholesale purchases delivered to you will not incur the dropship fee of $3.00.

"Pretty Things" respects your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or loan any identifiable information regarding our customers to any third party. Any information you give us is held with the utmost care and security, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.
"Pretty Things" will not collect any personal information about individuals except when specifically and knowingly provided by such individuals. Examples of such information are: name, postal address, e-mail address, phone number.

Shipping & Handling:
To make shipping fair and affordable, we calculate shipping charges based on the size, weight and destination of your order. Your shipping cost includes handling and insurance.
In stock items usually ship within 2-3 days of receipt of your order. In stock items will always be shipped regardless of other items pending, therefore you may receive separate packages.
All orders are filled in the order they are received by companies according to availability.
Rush orders can be accommodated at a fee of $25.00 plus Expedited Carrier Shipment Fees. Credit Card information must be given for Rush Orders.
Custom orders usually ship approximately 2-4 weeks, although many times they ship sooner. If your selection is not in stock, we will notify you via email with an estimated ship date.
Custom orders are payable upon order placement. Any item that is personalized is not returnable unless defective.
Returns:
We stand behind the quality of all our products. You may return any item that is defective, in its original condition, for any reason, at any time. We will gladly replace that item. All our items are custom made to order and inspected for quality piece, by piece before they leave our facility.
This is how we keep returns and costs extremely low.

All orders are required to be insured, any breakage claims can be filed with your carrier.
We reserve the right to substitute trims and fabric when originals are not in stock or available for order from our trim vendors.

International Orders: Note:
International orders are subject to restrictions and all applicable International Shipping & Handling Rates, Taxes and all costs involved in order processing.
International orders do not qualify Pretty Things discounted or free shipping offers advertised on site.
Drop shipping is not available on International orders.
Minimum of $2500.00 purchase (excluding shipping & handling and taxes) applies to all International Orders.
We do not accept returns for International orders. All items are individually inspected for defects and are guaranteed non-defective condition when shipped. If you receive a damaged item it happened during shipping. Please file a claim with the carrier.
International Buyers must provide Credit Card information for our files and have a PayPal Premier Business account in good standing for payment of goods.
All orders must be paid in full, including shipping costs prior to shipment. Goods shipped are in accordance with country specific restrictions.
We reserve the right to refuse any International order due to excessive fraudulent activities and scams known or suspected in that specific country or general area.
We reserve the right to add, change or update any restrictions for International orders as necessary without notice.
